Dear Junior Lifeguard Parents and Participants,

We would first and foremost like to welcome you to our web page designed specifically for our East Bay Regional Park District Junior Lifeguards. It has been a goal of ours to create a website where Junior Guards and their families can find information about our program quickly and easily. By providing this website we hope that the Junior Guards and their families can discuss what they are learning and checking out what they will be learning through our posted lesson plans. Junior Lifeguards are still given the option of printing out a “Quiz of the Week” in order to enhance and review their lifeguarding skills at home. We hope that you all take a moment to look at our website and we ask for your patience as we continue to update it!
